WEEKEND REVIEW

Friday
- Went to go get a mani/pedi with my mom...always a treat

Saturday
- our normal "cleaning day"...hate it but it has to be done. Thankfully, the hubs did most of it this time around. :)

- Lounged around in our PJ's until about 3ish.

- Finally got ready and went to go check out the Nordstrom Rack in Long Beach. I figured that I don't go there as often as I should and I need to find an outfit for a wedding reception I'm going to Labor Day weekend. Had NO luck and may not even return to that location in a long, long time.

- That night, the hubs and I went to go see Superbad. No, we're not young high-schoolers anymore but we both thought it was super funny!!! (sorry, bad joke) We laughed out loud throughout the entire movie and I would even go as far as to say I'd see it again! Loved it! 2 thumbs up from me!

Sunday
- Went to church

- Decided to give Nordtrom Rack a 2nd chance and went to the Brea location. Again, had no luck. Very disappointed. Just not my weekend for shopping.

- I did however, go by the Michael's in the shopping center and bought a bunch of Halloween stuff for a project I'll be working on soon. That made me happy.

- On our way back, we stopped by Yogurtland (our 3rd time there!) and it was perfect! I think my best creation yet. I love frozen yogurt. Hits the spot every.single.time.

- Stopped by to visit my sister Emma and Henry. Thankfully, he looks really good. Our prayers are working. :)

- Drove around our neighborhood looking at different houses and saw some nice potential's but every single was was out of our price range. Made for a depressing evening. :(

- Vedged at home the rest of the evening.


This morning, I come into work and was told by the boss that I need to fly to Kentucky tomorrow! Apparently, there's a group going and she needs me to join them. Not looking forward to it but will update when I'm back! Wish me luck!
